The UHP 650mm Graphite Electrode is one of the largest sizes in SHANCHUNCARBON’s Graphite Electrodes range. Designed for ultra-high-power furnace conditions, this diameter is widely used in large-scale AC and DC EAF Furnaces, where both energy intensity and mechanical stability are critical.
Manufactured from high-purity needle coke and graphitized at ultra-high temperatures, the 650mm UHP electrode offers superior electrical conductivity, high current-carrying capacity, and excellent resistance to thermal shock—making it ideal for high-volume steelmaking operations.
