There are three main molding methods for carbon graphite products, such as extrusion molding, moled vibration molding, isostatic molding.

Extrusion molding
Such as the production of graphite electrodes for steelmaking.

Molded Graphite (including vibration molding) used in the aluminum industry; isostatic pressing.
Molded graphite with advantages of high density, high purity, low resistivity, high mechanical strength. Using mechanical processing, it has good shock resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.

Vibration molding graphite
Vibration molding graphite has uniform structure, homogeneity, low ash content and high mechanical strength. With good electric heating performance and large size, it can be used for processing large-scale workpieces.

Isostatic graphite
Isostatic graphite is a new type of carbon graphite material, which has the properties of high bulk density, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali salt resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, good electrical and thermal conductivity, self-lubricity, low thermal expansion coefficient and good strength at high temperature. It is widely used in high-tech fields such as machinery, chemical industry, electronics, aerospace and nuclear industry.
