Medium Grain Graphite Block


Shanchun® supply a range of grades and sizes of graphite and carbon in block form. Raw material are available in isostatic graphite, molded graphite and fine grain graphite and medium grain graphite.

Medium-grain vibration molding graphite materials with high density, excellent thermal shock resistance, high anti-oxidation and corrosion performance, which are capable for most challenging environments.

There are three main molding methods for carbon graphite products, such as extrusion molding, vibration molding, isostatic molding. Medium Grain vibration molding graphite has uniform structure, homogeneity, low ash content and high mechanical strength. With good electric heating performance and large size, it can be used for processing large-scale workpieces.
